Santa Lucia Chapel and Campground is a place of worship and fellowship. The wooded location is beautiful, convenient, and affordable. It is located about forty minutes south of Carmel. All Saints Episcopal Church is pleased to allow its use by community and other non-profit groups as well as other church groups. The campground is located on a wooded riverside property. There is camping and day use space for 50 people. The rustic outdoor chapel, set among the redwoods, may be used for woship or other seated gatherings. There is a rocky beach on the river. Children as well as adults enjoy splashing about in the shallow river. There is a volleyball net, tree swing and horseshoe pit. Camping spots are scattered about the property to provide for flexibility and privacy. RVs that do not exceed 20 feet are allowed. There is an area with a larger barbecue pit, sink, picnic tables and campfire ring. You must bring your own firewood or it may be purchased locally. Most people use portable gas stoves for cooking. There are restrooms with running water but no showers. There are a general store, gas station, motel with restaurant and bar, and shops located nearby.
